River Place is home to some of the most diverse health and sports facilities found in any New York City building, including a 34,000 square-foot fitness center, two lighted outdoor tennis courts, indoor basketball court, children’s playroom and a glass-enclosed, indoor swimming pool spanning 75 feet complete with lounge chairs to unwind after a hectic day.

River Place residents also enjoy the luxury of ample indoor and outdoor entertaining spaces, including a secluded sundeck with lounge chairs, a quarter-acre park with picnic tables, enclosed dog run and children’s playground, an observation deck boasting breathtaking river views as well as a private event space called the River Club Lounge.

The 34,000 square-foot River Club fitness center, offers state-of-the-art cardio and weight training equipment, sauna and steam rooms, yoga/aerobics and a spinning bike studio. Additional services such as Pilates instruction and nutritional counseling allow residents to design a lifestyle that serves their personal health goals.
